The Role (Standard Industry Comps)

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities align with the industry's top hospitality brands:

• Guest Room Turnover: Perform deep-cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to a 5-star standard.
• Amenity Management: Replenish guest-room supplies and amenities (coffee, toiletries, towels) exactly to property specifications.
• Detailing: Ensure all surfaces, including high-touch areas, mirrors, and fixtures, are spotless and streak-free.
• Reporting: Document and report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items immediately.
• Efficiency: Maintain a consistent pace to meet room-turnover quotas without sacrificing the quality of the "Brighthouse Look."

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional hotel housekeeping experience is strictly required. You must be familiar with the pace and standards of a high-volume hotel environment.
• Availability: You must be available to work weekends. The schedule consists of 5 shifts per week.
• Professionalism: A commitment to being on time, professional in appearance, and detail-oriented.
• Equipment: As an independent contractor, you may be expected to provide or maintain your own basic personal gear as required by the property.
• Reliability: Valid transportation to and from the Cool Springs area is required.
