What You'll Do:

As a Member Loan Consultant, you'll originate consumer loans, present cross sales, deliver financial education, and build long-lasting relationships with members. Your knowledge and passion for lending will help individuals and families across Oklahoma reach their financial goals with confidence.


What You Won’t Do:

As a Member Loan Consultant, you will not underwrite, close, service or collect on the loans you originate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, walk in traffic seeking loans 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to members on loan products and financial solutions.
  • Meet performance metrics for loan production and member satisfaction.
  • Support community-based financial initiatives and sales campaigns.
  • Evaluate member financial info and recommend the best loan solutions.
  • Stay current on all credit union products, services, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

What You Bring: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in lending, sales, or a related financial role.
  • Associate degree or equivalent skills/training.
  • A passion for helping people and a strong sense of community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
