The Electrical Service Project Manager at Hyper Solutions owns post-delivery execution and customer success for Hyper Solutions’ equipment and service engagements. This role serves as the primary Hyper execution leader once equipment reaches final site delivery, ensuring structured coordination across Service, Quality, Engineering, and Customers.
This role assumes execution ownership after final equipment delivery, ensuring successful installation, pre-energization, startup, and commissioning while maintaining alignment between customers, field service teams, engineering, and quality. The Electrical Service Manager enables Sales Project Managers to remain focused on revenue execution and order delivery while ensuring site execution, service coordination, and issue resolution are managed effectively.

Compensation
The anticipated minimum hiring range for this role is $100,000 -$110,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
